The Underground Vision is a Belgian non-profit organization dedicated to dark alternative music and underground culture.

Based in Ostend, TUV produces concerts, festivals and underground club nights that bring together artists and audiences from across the dark music scene. Their events focus on genres such as Post-Punk, Dark Wave, EBM, Industrial and related alternative electronic music.

Through carefully curated line-ups and collaborations with both international and local artists, The Underground Vision creates a platform where dark music finds its stage, connecting artists, audiences and atmosphere in an authentic underground setting.

By supporting emerging talent while welcoming established acts, TUV contributes to the visibility and growth of dark alternative culture in Belgium and beyond, strengthening a community built around passion, creativity and the spirit of the underground.
