La Luna Obscura is an international dark alternative music festival in Ostend, Belgium,
Driven by a lifelong passion for underground music and alternative culture, Nancy Velle created La Luna Obscura as a platform where artists, audiences and the underground community can connect through music, creativity and shared experiences.

Nancy Velle
Festival Director & Creative Director
Founder of The Underground Vision and creator of La Luna Obscura.Responsible for the festival's vision, artistic direction, programming, and overall organisation.
Esmeralda Berghen
Communication, Social Media & Public Relations Manager
Responsible for social media, digital content, maintains relationships with the press, media and partners within the international dark alternative scene. Responsible for the planning of the resident DJ’s en coordinates the DJ bookings of guest DJ’s.
Bart Peeters (Bagge)
Technical Director
Responsible for technical production, including sound, lighting, stage infrastructure and technical coordination, ensuring every performance meets the highest standards.

From stage hands and artist hospitality to ticketing, bar service, logistics, merchandising and behind-the-scenes support, every volunteer plays an essential role in creating the unique atmosphere that defines La Luna Obscura.

Organized by The Underground Vision, La Luna Obscura welcomes artists from Belgium and across Europe, celebrating Gothic Rock, Post-Punk, Darkwave, Coldwave, EBM, Industrial, Dark Electro and related genres.
